Cinema One
The Kaleidescape Cinema One is an all-in-one DVD movie server that will place your entire DVD movie collection at your fingertips. Storing digital copies of your DVDs, the Cinema One will enable you to enjoy your movies instantly, with no need to wade through previews, ads or menus. You press PLAY and your movie starts in seconds. It's that easy.
As with all Kaleidescape Systems, the award winning onscreen display enables you to easily sort and search your movie collection to find just what you're looking for in seconds. And once you've found the perfect film, you will be amazed by the video and audio fidelity that the Cinema One offers. Your DVDs have never looked or sounded better.
Primarily designed as a stand-alone movie server, the Cinema One is also fully compatible with other Kaleidescape components and can easily be integrated into a larger Kaleidescape System, delivering your movies throughout your entire home.
The Cinema One also includes the unique Kaleidescape Child Remote, making it the perfect solution for families with young children. At the press of any button on the Child Remote, the onscreen display automatically switches to the text-free child user interface, where your child can easily choose from the movies that you have selected as being appropriate.
Bringing Movies and Music Together
In addition to being a wonderful way to enjoy your DVD collection, the Cinema One features two independent music zones and enough capacity to store thousands of your favorite CDs. The Cinema One enables you to watch a movie in one room while enjoying music in other rooms of your home.

Regional Playback Control
The DVD region code of the Cinema One can be changed up to four times. The Cinema One can only import or play from the tray DVDs matching its configured region code. The Cinema One, or any movie player, can play any DVD movie once it has been imported.
