All sales of Kaleidescape Movie Collections are final. Defective discs or discs damaged in transit must be returned within 30 days of original receipt for replacement.

The discs that are included within a given Kaleidescape Movie Collection are subject to change without notice. If a disc is unavailable or backordered, or if a disc is included in more than one Kaleidescape Movie Collection in a single purchase order, those discs may be removed, a substitution for a different version of the movie may be made and/or the price may be adjusted accordingly, all at Kaleidescape's sole discretion at any time without notice.

Kaleidescape Movie Collections are provided as Region A Blu-ray Discs and/or Region 1 DVDs. Kaleidescape Movie Collection discs are shipped in original, sealed disc cases. Kaleidescape does not load or import the discs of Kaleidescape Movie Collections onto Kaleidescape servers, disc vaults, or disk cartridges.
